Guest Chef Dinner May 27, 2010

You won't want to miss this culinary treat! The Ocean Room is featuring four chefs from "The Charleston's Chef's Table." A five course meal for $69 per person (plus tax and gratuities, does not include alcohol)
Course 1: From Circa 1886 Peanut Soup
Coure 2: From The Fat Hen Sauteed Oysters, Country Ham, Wild Mushrooms, & Grilled Bread
Course 3: From Trattoria Lucca Sheeps Milk Ricotta Gnudi, House-Made Italian Duck Sausage, Grandma Volpe's Tomato Ragu, & Scamorza Cheese
Course 4: From The Ocean Room Mibek Farms Ribeye with Tater Tots & Caviar
Dessert: From Holly Herrick Caramel Popcorn Ice Cream from Huck's, Brownies from Baked.
